Listening:

On pads or cell phones, there are apps such as CNN, BBC, CNBC, etc. that you can listen to when commuting everyday;

Speaking:

Cultivate a habit that everyday after work, talk to yourself about what happened to you on that day in English;

Reading:

On pads, cell phones, computers, you can read Yahoo News, CNN, BBC, etc. everyday for free;

Writing:

Making foreign pen pals is a good way to practice English writing.

If you can keep doing the above everyday, you can crack English as well as other foreign languages.
